This family is seeking a nanny to care for their 7-month-old twins. The schedule is 7 days on/ 7 days off for 12 hours per day, with occasional travel and overnights. The family currently lives in San Francisco, but will be relocating to Hillsborough in the summer.
Their ideal nanny is calm, upbeat, flexible, and hardworking. The nanny should have experience working with infant twins. They must have excellent communication skills and able to work as part of a twin-nanny team. They should be privacy-conscious and comfortable working in a multi-staffed home, as well as with employers in the house. An annual flu shot and the ability to swim is required. Familiarity with the Montessori philosophy is a plus!
Duties will include maintaining the children's schedule, researching possible activities and attending classes with children, meal planning and prep, light housekeeping, packing children’s clothing for trips, and running occasional errands.
The family also has a 7-year-old daughter, but care is primarily for the twins except at bedtime, on weekends, during travel, and when backup childcare is needed.
Family can provide a car for use on the job.
"I would rate Stanford Park Nannies very highly! They provide a great flow of very qualified candidates, who are all prepared to pay taxes. They have a great vetting process and did not waste our time with those that weren’t a fit. In addition to our full-time search, they had the ability to quickly identify relevant interim/temp nannies as well!"
"SPN is a powerhouse agency of incredible women who embody experience, passion, and a heart for service!"
"SPN provides you with a current understanding of what should be expected of nannies and employers and they empower you by coaching you through it all. When I started to interview with families, they gave me great feedback—it felt like I had my own personal interviewing cheerleaders!"
"If I could give SPN 100 stars, I would! There is 100% value in the services that SPN provides. Daryl was extremely responsive and thorough. Our night nurse has been perfect!"
