Duties may include managing the family’s calendar, providing pet care, overseeing household maintenance and repairs, planning meals, running errands, purchasing supplies, and arranging travel. A personal assistant supports a high net-worth individual or couple. Duties may include managing personal correspondence, arranging travel, overseeing social events, managing vacation properties, running personal errands, maintaining household/personal accounts, coordinating with other support staff/vendors, and troubleshooting household systems.

We assist with contract negotiations

When a family presents you with a job offer, we work with both parties to create a custom employment agreement to ensure that your working relationship gets off to the best start.

We ensure that the offer includes legal pay at fair market rates, overtime, paid time off, and other standard benefits. Healthcare reimbursement is encouraged.

We provide you with support after placement

We are here to help you get settled in, offer support, and help with any issues that may arise in the future.
