Service Request for Registered Clients

As a reminder, we will begin working on your request at our earliest availability. If there are any changes or you need to cancel your request, please contact Rimma or Maggie as soon as possible. Once an assignment is confirmed, our Cancelation Policy states that our referral fees are non-refundable. If a cancelation is made within 24 hours prior to the start of the assignment, you will be responsible for paying the nanny for 4 hours.
