Every candidate is unique, with special skills and job search goals. For this reason we take the time to meet with you in person so that we correctly identify your ideal job match.
We create a custom resume highlighting your strengths, relevant experience, and unique skills.
As new job opportunities arise, you will be contacted about the jobs that match your desired parameters. We present your resume to each family and encourage them to meet you personally.
We arrange interviews at a mutually convenient time. We will set up a paid working trial upon request as a final step in the matching process. This 1-5 day trial is crucial in determining we have found the best fit for you and the family.
When a family presents you with a job offer, we work with both parties to create a custom employment agreement to ensure that your working relationship gets off to the best start.
We ensure that the offer includes legal pay at fair market rates, overtime, paid time off, and other standard benefits. Healthcare reimbursement is encouraged.
We are here to help you get settled in, offer support, and help with any issues that may arise in the future.

We also assist Newborn Care Specialists in their job search. A Newborn Care Specialist (also commonly referred to as a baby nurse, night nurse, or night nanny) fills a very special role in the home, providing expert newborn care during the precious first weeks or months of a baby’s life. Most Newborn Care Specialists work at night; some even work 24-hour shifts to give new parents the rest that they need!
