Every candidate is unique, with special skills and job search goals. For this reason we take the time to meet with you in person so that we correctly identify your ideal job match.
We present you with jobs
As new job opportunities arise, you will be contacted about the jobs that match your desired parameters. We present your resume to each client and encourage them to meet you personally.
We coordinate interviews & working trial
We arrange interviews at a mutually convenient time. We will set up a paid working trial upon request as a final step in the matching process. This 1-5 day trial is crucial in determining we have found the best fit for you and the client.
We assist with contract negotiations
When a family presents you with a job offer, we work with both parties to create a custom employment agreement to ensure that your working relationship gets off to the best start.
We ensure that the offer includes legal pay at fair market rates, overtime, paid time off, and other standard benefits. Healthcare reimbursement is encouraged.
We provide you with support after placement
We are here to help you get settled in, offer support, and help with any issues that may arise in the future.
