My management and sales career led me to join Stanford Park Nannies as CEO in April 2020. I am honored to have the opportunity to uphold the beautiful culture of Stanford Park Nannies for many years to come.
While attending college, I worked as a nanny to support myself, and although it was not easy, I cherish every memory of those rewarding years. With love and patience, I was able to help shape the precious lives of the children I cared for. Today, I’m fortunate to have two young daughters of my own. I bring this personal experience and deep understanding of nannies and families to my role and my professional experience in management, sales, and customer service.
Reflecting on my career, one thing remains true — I love working with and for people. I came to Stanford Park Nannies with an open heart and respect for facilitating trusted nanny and family relationships.
Maggie has worked at Stanford Park Nannies since it was founded, assisting both families and nannies to meet their long-term and temporary/on-call needs. In the temporary department, Maggie is often faced with families who have last-minute needs and challenging circumstances. As a mother to two young kids herself, she understands how helpful on-call nannies can be! She utilizes all options and exhausts her efforts to meet families’ needs.
Whether she is making arrangements for clients to enjoy a date night or placing a nanny in a full-time position, she is always thinking about making the right match. She is a creative and compassionate “people person,” who genuinely enjoys getting to meet with families and nannies in person at the start of their working relationship.
Maggie is the first to tear up while reading a sweet thank you card from a nanny, the first to drop a clever one-liner that cracks everyone up, the shoulder you cry on when you’re having a bad day, and the one you go to if you want to discuss what happened on last night’s episode of Survivor. A few years ago, a nanny who had received our holiday card called the office and asked Maggie if she was “the big one” in the picture. She is proudly our “big one,” and by that we mean her heart!
Diohonne is a new member of our SPN team who joined in April 2022. She has over ten years of account management and customer success experience in the financial services industry. Her listening skills and effective communication make her the perfect fit for our new Recruiter. She is passionate about meeting new people and building strong relationships with our nannies.
Diohonne enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys on the weekend. She is an avid runner and will jump on the Peloton to enjoy a workout with one of her favorite instructors. After a good workout, you’ll see her in the kitchen making homemade gnocchi with her boys!
