For nannies looking to make a commitment of at least one year, there is a full range of job offerings, including part-time and full-time schedules. Part-time positions are from 15 to 39 hours per week, and can be full days or partial days, during the week or on the weekend. Full-time positions are from 40 to 60 hours per week. Depending on the requirements of the position and the nanny’s qualifications, compensation ranges from $28 to $40 per hour gross. We assist with contract negotiations
When a family presents you with a job offer, we work with both parties to create a custom employment agreement to ensure that your working relationship gets off to the best start.
We ensure that the offer includes legal pay at fair market rates, overtime, paid time off, and other standard benefits. Healthcare reimbursement is encouraged.
We provide you with support after placement
We are here to help you get settled in, offer support, and help with any issues that may arise in the future.

Assignments range in length from 5 hours to several months and pay $30 per hour net.

Stanford Park Nannies requires our Newborn Care Specialists to have five years of overall experience caring for infants and at least one year as an overnight caregiver for a newborn.
For educators seeking desirable in-home teaching positions, and who have achieved 15 units of Early Childhood Education and one year of verifiable teaching experience as a public or private school teacher, preschool teacher, or tutor, there is a full range of job offerings. Part-time and full-time schedules range from 20 to 40 hours per week, and can be full days or partial days. These sought-after positions promise an excellent opportunity for resume building and in-home teaching experience and depending on your qualifications, compensation ranges from $35 to $45 per hour gross.
