A young family in Palo Alto is seeking an exceptional nanny for a full-time position to care for their two children, aged 3 and 7 months. The nanny should have a strong background in child development, particularly in toddlers. Although the 3-year-old attends preschool, he is home in the afternoons.
The family wishes the nanny to be outdoors-oriented for child enrichment and experience with babies.
Duties: Full care for the kids, children's laundry, help with dishes, child-related clean up, and prepare kids' meals.
The family has a lovely dog, a 4-year-old Corgi.
Walking with the dog when possible, and if the nanny is comfortable.
Parents work from home and the office. Grandpa (Mom's father) lives on the property. Comes in to say hello, but he is not involved with the children. House cleaning services are once a week.
Compensation: $38 -40/hr

They have a great vetting process and did not waste our time with those that weren’t a fit.
