Santa Clara family seeks a dependable, organized half-day nanny to care for their daughter, Monday–Friday from 1:30 PM–6:00 PM. The ideal candidate will build trust with the toddler while enforcing clear boundaries (for example, no daytime screen time), encourage independent reading and sports, and manage scheduling for schools, camps, classes, and playdates. Responsibilities include preparing lunch and snacks, driving to nearby activities and parks, grocery shopping with the child as needed, handling the child’s laundry and light cleaning, organizing toys, clothes, and art supplies (including responsibly disposing of unneeded items), and assisting with camp/class registrations and birthday party planning. The family values someone organized, proactive, and able to support the child's independence and active interests.
Schedule: 1:30 pm - 6 pm
Pay: $45/hr
