Description
An efficient, high-functioning family in Atherton is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Household Manager / Family Executive Assistant to oversee the smooth operation of the family’s primary residence, household staff, vendors, family logistics, and personal administrative needs.
This is a hands-on management and coordination role for someone who can take full ownership of household operations, anticipate needs, follow through on details, and ensure that projects and daily responsibilities are completed accurately and on time.
The ideal candidate is fluent in Mandarin, polished, discreet, resourceful, technologically proficient, and comfortable supporting a family with two school-age children, a dog, multiple household employees, frequent travel, and ongoing home maintenance and improvement projects.
The family values efficiency, clear communication, high standards, thoughtful planning, and strong follow-through. The successful candidate will act as the central point of coordination between the principals, household staff, schools, activity providers, vendors, contractors, travel advisors, and other professional contacts.
Regular Schedule: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm & occasional weekends during events.
Pay: $140-150K
