Caring And Initiative Nanny for Two Little Boys in San Bruno

A lovely family in San Bruno is looking for a warm, dependable, and experienced nanny to care for their infant son and their preschool-aged son in the afternoon after school. Both kids are in Preschool now, but they plan to switch to a Nanny. This role involves taking the 3-year-old son to school each weekday and picking him up at 3:30 PM (school is 4 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot). Spend quality time with the infant while the older boy is in school. Play with him and read books to him. Provide attentive, nurturing care for both children after school until the end of the parents' workday. Plan and lead fun, age-appropriate, and enriching activities. Prepare simple snacks and help with basic food prep (e.g., cutting fruit). Encourage tidying up and involve the children in organizing toys. Maintain open communication with Parents and help support a calm, consistent routine. Dad has an at-home office and will work from home 2 days a week. Mom will work from home 1 day a week. The family resides in a 2-story home with three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The cleaning crew comes every other Saturday.
Schedule: 8 am - 4:30 pm, Monday-Thursday, and 8 am - 3 pm on Fridays.
Compensation: $34/hr
A Spanish-speaking candidate is a plus.
