Creative and Educated Nanny for 6 year-old
Description
This young Family is looking for an experienced special nanny/educator to talk and play with their son (6 years old) several hours a day (with a flexible schedule). The boy is home-schooled, so the plan is to prepare him for a transition to private tutoring (at home). They are open to all options: Part-time during the week or half day/s on Weekends.
The boy is profoundly gifted and affected by asynchronous development. In some areas, he might behave and demonstrate a teenager's knowledge and understanding; in others, he would act like a baby with impaired impulse control and can be intense, asking for constant attention. He never was in any daycare/school setup. He is very cute and sweet!!! He has a set schedule and follows his routine independently: he wakes up at 6 am and spends time exploring everything! He is very creative and even plans his days with activities for himself. Loves art projects and wants to study French. He is a healthy eater: he likes burgers, humus with pita bread, vegetables, and chicken.
The Family is also expecting a new baby boy in June.
Schedule: 9 am - 3 pm or 8 am - 1 pm
Compensation: Up to $65/hr, DOE
