Experienced and Dedicated Nanny for 10 & 6 year old in Sunnyvale
Description
This down-to-earth Mom and Dad are looking for a nanny who is kind and can be firm as needed. A nanny who can integrate into their children's lives and become parents' Right Hand. The 10-year-old son is on the Autism spectrum. He is active, happy, and communicates well, but he has his moments of noncompliance. His 6-year-old sister loves animals and creative art. Both children are in elementary school Monday -Friday and have sports practices. The caregiver will team up with the mom to drive the children. The Family has two beautiful cats. They reside in 3000 sq ft., 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms. 2 floors. Very open floor plan downstairs. The office is downstairs. Very casual. Father's work schedule is complicated. Different shifts. Mother works from home. The most important for the Family is to hire a nanny who is prepared to deal with autistic behaviors and noncompliance. A typical daily routine: Healthy snack (fruit, veggie, whole grains, lean proteins) Homework. Reading. Prep lunches/backpacks for the next day. Encourage Kid chores: dishes, laundry, tidying up after themselves. Playtime: make sure they are kind to each other and clean up as they go.
Schedule: 1pm - 8pm
Compensation: $40/h
