Family Assistant for Hillsborough Family
Description
A full-time family assistant in Hillsborough will be required to do light housekeeping (laundry, child meal prep, sweeping, making beds, etc.) during school hours. The family has a regular cleaning service every Tuesday for heavy-duty cleaning. After school, approximately at 3 pm, the Family Assistant will help Mom with driving to after-school activities and provide childcare for the youngest, Mary Kate.Duties: Organizing, shopping, dishwasher, laundry, making beds and light cleaning.Simple meal preparation. School lunch prep: fruits and veggies the night before. All three kids attend the same school, but the youngest finishes earlier. The pick-up is divided between the Mom and the Family Assistant. The father has a dedicated home office and works from home a few days per week. His work-from-home schedule is unpredictable, but he is at home a couple days a week.The family's Grandparents live in San Mateo, so this should not impact the nanny/family assistant at all. Occasionally, the grandparents may pick up a child from school, which may require a bit of extra coordination between the nanny and the grandparents, but that is not the normal routine.
Schedule: 10:30am - 6:30pm
Compensation: $35/hr, Gross
