San Mateo first-time parents seek a warm, loving nanny to care for their 4-month-old son. The family values a gentle, nurturing caregiver who takes an active interest in the child’s cognitive, physical, and social communication development and is familiar with infant developmental milestones. The nanny should be a strong communicator, enjoy daily walks to the nearby park and library, and incorporate age-appropriate activities to support growth. Responsibilities include full daytime care of the baby, preparing his meals, washing bottles and baby dishes, doing his laundry, organizing his room, and maintaining baby-related areas; a full-house cleaning service visits every six weeks. The family lives in a single-story, three-bedroom, two-bath, ~1,900 sq ft home with front and back yards and a friendly 40 lb dog (no special dog care required beyond coexistence). Both parents work on hybrid schedules (approximately two days per week at home, with days varying), and the family is looking for a committed caregiver who will partner closely with them.
Regular schedule: 8am - 5pm
Pay: $38–$40/hour DOE, with standard PTO and nine paid holidays per year.

"I would rate Stanford Park Nannies very highly! They provide a great flow of very qualified candidates, who are all prepared to pay taxes. They have a great vetting process and did not waste our time with those that weren’t a fit. In addition to our full-time search, they had the ability to quickly identify relevant interim/temp nannies as well!"
"SPN is a powerhouse agency of incredible women who embody experience, passion, and a heart for service!"
