Talented Family Assistant for San Carlos Family
Description
A truly friendly, down-to-earth family in San Carlos is looking for a talented Family Assistant. Their priority is getting the kids to their various after-school activities and helping them with their daily routine, assisting with homework, etc. They have had part-time help in the last few years, but that person is leaving for another career after completing their studies.
The new Family Assistant must be comfortable helping prep/cook simple meals for the kids, running errands during school hours, etc. Light cleaning, organizing, changing bed sheets, and laundry. For deep cleaning, the Family has a cleaning crew that comes weekly. What's essential: reliability, punctuality, empathy, kindness, tidiness/cleanliness, high energy, ability to set boundaries and expectations for children's behavior.
Both kids have mild pet allergies. Parents partially work from home, and both have separate offices.
The family has a second home in Park City, Utah, and will spend a few weeks there each year. They are counting on the FA to look after the house while they are gone. 35 hours per week of pay guaranteed.
Schedule: 12 pm - 7 pm, Monday - Friday
Compensation: $40/hr
