Happy first-time parents seek an experienced, long-term nanny to care for their newborn son, in a recently renovated two-story home. Overnight doula support is currently in place; the nanny’s daytime schedule is 8:00 AM–6:00 PM. The home features four bedrooms and three bathrooms upstairs, one bedroom and one bathroom downstairs, an open kitchen/living/dining area, and full front and back yards; multiple parks are nearby. Both parents work from home two to three days per week and maintain home offices. The family is looking for someone who loves and nurtures the baby, supports safe sleep practices and sleep training, and engages him in developmentally appropriate play. They envision this person as part of their family for years, growing with their child, and would also value help with light household support related to the child’s care. Pay: is $38/hour , with 15 days PTO per year and paid holidays.
